Location

The apartment rental is a 15 minute walk from the heart of Positano on the Amalfi Coast. You may arrange to park your rental car in one of the private garages (this will cost about 20 euros per day), or you may choose to arrive by public transportation since you can get around on foot, by bus and by boat. In the center of town you will find buses to all nearby villages and towns including Praiano, Amalfi and Ravello, and down at the beach in Positano you can catch the hydrofoils to Capri, Ischia, Naples or Sorrento. Buses run more frequently in summer months. Positano itself has of course all essential shops (and many non-essential shops!), banks, restaurants and food shops.

Fifty-six (56) steps from the street level lead down to the enchanting entrance of this charming Positano rental. The garden extends along the entire length of the apartment adding further living space to the already roomy interior. The garden, dotted with hibiscus, roses, citrus trees and geraniums, is well furnished with deckchairs, a table and umbrellas for dining al fresco. Situated above Tramonto is another rental apartment which has its own private entrance from the outside, but which can also communicate internally with Tramonto if desired to accommodate 8 adults (please inquire for details).

The principal rooms (dining, living and master bedroom) all have high vaulted ceilings and terracotta floors and all open out to the garden through large glass doors which gives generous light and views. Entrance from the garden is into a small sitting area. A curtain divides this area from the double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Because there is no door to this bedroom we suggest this apartment rental for families.

To the right of the sitting area is a living room with blue sofa and armchairs. Beyond the living room is the open plan kitchenette/dining room with sofa and doors to the garden. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge/freezer, stove and dishwasher. Twelve steps lead from the dining room up to the small twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. If you choose to reserve this property rental for your vacation in Italy you will have the option to book a Welcome Basket which will be delivered just prior to your arrival. No need to stress over finding the nearest market for bread & cheese, wine and water, snacks and drinks. Provisions include various and seasonal ingredients to get you through the weekend. The Welcome Basket must be arranged in advance and paid for on-site in cash. Prices vary:
