Party Time! This spacious, private and picturesque villa rental is located along the costal road less than 2 miles from Amalfi, one of the most enchanting spots of the Amalfi coast.

Location

Surrounded by olive groves, pine trees and other Mediterranean plants cascading down to the sea, this large property has ample terraces on three different levels covered by a violet bougainvillea pergola with outdoor furniture, built-in seating, marble tables and garden chairs for dining al fresco.

Due to the nature of the property please be aware that there are many steps connecting the various levels of the house and garden; please also note that you will need to have a car to rent this villa. There is parking space for up to 3 card. While you are within minutes (by car) of Amalfi, the nearest town, it is not accessible on foot. You can reach 2 nearby restaurants on foot, about 300 meters away. All services (bars, food shops, ATMs, and post office) are in Amalfi. If you are in good shape and up for a small hike, you can take a communal staircase of about 400 steps down to a public beach which has 2 restaurants, as well as umbrellas and beach chairs for hire. Close to the villa, on the main road, is a SITA bus stop which will take you into Amalfi (ride takes about 15 minutes) and Positano (35 minutes). From the ferry stop in Amalfi you can catch the hydrofoils which leave daily (in high season only!) to Capri (1½ hours), Positano (20 minutes) Ischia (2½ hours) and Salerno (1 hour).

Villa and terraces on several levels; 2,690 sq ft of interior space.
From the road a private entrance leads through a remote-controlled gate to the parking area at the villa with space for 2-3 cars. There are ample terraces on many levels cascading down toward the sea. On the middle level terrace is a dining area for 12 covered by a lovely mature bougainvillea, with additional built-in seating and outdoor lighting. Three steps down lead to a further terrace with garden seats and rocking chairs surrounded by palms, olive groves, pine trees and splendid views over the sea. A further 40 steps down lead to the third and lower level with comfortably furnished outdoor spaces, and the swimming pool (8m x 4m x 2.2m) and Jacuzzi for 6 surrounded by a spacious terrace and 12 sun loungers, 2 showers, shaded area with dining table and chairs for 12.

From the parking area the entrance leads into the main house by way of a small lounge, off of which is the large master bedroom with TV, en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, and French doors to the terrace with sea views. Also off the small lounge area is stone staircase leading down 20 steps to an open living room which seats 12, dining table for 6 people, and doors leading onto a terrace with lovely views, seating areas and a table for 4. To the left of the living room a hallway leads to 2 double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms with showers. The larger bedroom has windows with sea views; the other bedroom has French doors opening to a side terrace (no sea view). To the right of the living room is a fourth spacious bedroom with en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and windows with sea views. There is a dining room with table for 14 and a fridge with a large selection of local wines. From this dining room one doorway leads to a very well equipped kitchen (American fridge, 8 gas burners, dishwasher, ice maker, microwave, oven and toaster) and another door leads onto the terrace with round ceramic table seating 14 with wicker chairs and barbecue. There is access to the terrace also from the kitchen.

The guest house has 2 double bedrooms, each of which can be made up as twins. Each bedroom has a TV, and an en-suite bathroom with shower, and each has doors which open onto a terrace with sea views.

Each bathroom is supplied with soap and shampoo. Please ask about possibility of wi-fi internet connection. Continetal style breakfast is provided every day and includes tea, juices, coffee, milk, jams, Nutella and fresh bakery items. Guests may request eggs, prosciutto and cheeses at an extra cost.

If you choose to reserve this property rental for your vacation in Italy you will have the option to book a Welcome Basket which will be delivered just prior to your arrival. No need to stress over finding the nearest market for bread & cheese, wine and water, snacks and drinks. Provisions include various and seasonal ingredients to get you through the weekend. The Welcome Basket must be arranged in advance and paid for on-site in cash. Prices vary:
