Location
Immersed in vegetation, the villa is located on a terraced, private promontory dedicated to citrus tree cultivation near the small town of Maiori, 4 miles from Amalfi. You will need a rental car at this location. There is parking for up to 6 cars at the entrance. From there you will have use of the owners’ small carts to navigate your way along a narrow, paved road to the house which sits at the edge of the promontory, above the sea. While Maiori is less than 2 miles away, you will feel away from it all at this property.

Property Details
The villa’s brilliant construction allows for beautiful views of the sea from every room in the house, and of course from the terrace which runs the length of the property and is furnished with plenty of sun loungers and chairs. The swimming pool (20m x 4m; open April 24 – October 9) enjoys a wonderful panorama as it seems to cling to the edge of the cliff. From the property there is a path directly down to the sea.
Villa + Outbuilding (Please inquire for the additional charge to rent the outbuilding)
Villa (6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms): 4,304 sq ft: GROUND FLOOR: access via a pergola of lemon trees: large veranda with sea view, large living-room with dining area, WC with washbasin, kitchen with pantry and dishwasher, open-air dining area with cooking area and barbecue. RAISED FLOOR: 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower and dressing-room, laundry/ironing-room. 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. FLOOR BELOW: 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms - every bedroom has a bathroom with shower. Dressing-room with showers and access to terrace which leads straight to the swimming pool. Safe deposit-box.
Outbuilding Upon Payment: (1 bedroom, 1 bathroom) 270 sq ft: GROUND FLOOR: 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower, in panoramic position. This outbuilding may only be rented with the main villa (if it is not rented with the main villa it will be vacant, assuring total privacy for the occupants of the main villa).
Please note that there is central heating in the main villa, but not in the outbuilding.

Rental Policies
- Refundable security deposit in cash on arrival €1,200
- Final cleaning is included in the price
- Heating, if used, is charged at €50 per day. There is no heat in the outbuilding. In Italy heating is generally not used between April 1 and November 1.
- Baby crib available at no charge

- Swimming pool open April 30 – October 29, 2011
- Domestic pets allowed on request
Included in the price: From April 9th on to October 8th personnel staff available for 8 hours a day. Preparation of breakfast and dinner. Telephone available only for local calls.
Not included: Deposit of €500 for the purchase of food to be paid along with the rental fee in advance of arrival. If purchases exceed this amount the charges for food will have to be paid for onsite upon the presentation of the shop receipts.
