- Arrivals are accepted between 2:00PM. and 7:00PM. Arrivals between 7:00PM and 11:00PM are charged at the rate of $65/€50. Arrivals after 11:00PM are not accepted. Early and late arrivals, and weekend arrivals are arranged on appointment only.

- Refundable security deposit in cash on arrival €400 for one week; €600 for more than one week
- Utility expenses (gas, electricity) are charged according to consumption
