The hill where the villa stands is divided into two terraced areas. The villa is located on the first terrace and is surrounded by a pretty garden with an English-style lawn, flowers, aromatic plants, citrus trees and a pergola. The second terrace is where you will find the swimming pool (7m x 14m) with a spill-over edge and with a sun bathing area, a gazebo and an annex with changing room, fridge and a bathroom. The villa's outdoor areas include a loggia with a pleasant wicker lounge area for relaxing and in front of the kitchen you will find an outdoor dining area where you can eat outside, enjoying the beautiful panorama that the Tuscan countryside offers.
