And, just a few steps away are small, local shops for your fresh breakfast rolls, fruit, and groceries. The nearest vaporetto stop is San Stae from where you can take the line 1 waterbus to reach the rest of Venice. From the apartment it is about a 15 minute walk to the train station Santa Lucia, and about 15 minutes on foot to Piazza San Marco.

On the first floor, reached by a lovely wooden spiral staircase, is another living room with a double sofa-bed, a laundry with washing machine and ironing board, a bathroom with shower, and a second bedroom with two twin beds. It is possible to arrange for a cook for dinners, personal food shopping service, housekeeping, cooking lessons and use of the private clay tennis court at additional cost.
